Chestnut and pumpkin jam with fig tart



For the crust, put the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add the butter in pieces and mix it with your hands( you also can do this in a food processor) till a little bit lumpier.

Wisk the honey with the eggs and add it to the flour mixture.Mix it and after got all the mixture together like in a ball, put it flat and chill for one hour.

Roll the dough after one hour and transfer to small tart pans.Make it in a wat that you create a double layer. Chill for half a hour covered.

Put the oven to 225º, put the jam in the bottom and bake for 15 minutes or till cooked.

After it's cooled down, add the figs. Top with icing sugar :)
